As per World Nation News, the heartbreaking news of Carlitos’s demise was confirmed by his granddaughter. It has been reported by the media outlet, that he was admitted to the Geum’s Sanatorium after he incurred some pain and dizziness.

Laura Gelfi told the media outlet, “We are devastated but united and Thus he left with a joint family and lots of love.” Not long ago, the Argentine Association of Actors also shared the death news of the actor via a statement on their official Twitter handle.

A post from their official Twitter handle read, “We say goodbye to the actor and affiliate Carlos Balá, one of the most outstanding exponents of humor and children. Who was Carlitos Balá?

Throughout his career, he also starred in a couple of family-oriented films. He was well known for his role in the Canuto Cañete series in the 1960s. He also appeared in a movie called My Family’s Beautiful! which was directed by Palito Ortega and starred Luis Sandrini and Niní Marshall in pivotal roles.

Carlitos was most noted for his catchphrases such as “Downhearted, angueto stay still” and “What does salt taste like.” His most popular phrase was “What does salt taste like,” to which everyone replied, “Salaado!!!” when translated to English it means ‘Prayer.’
